Giant's XTC 29er 2 brings agility and precision to the 29er revolution. It sports Giant's light, nimble and durable ALUXX SL aluminum frame with dialed XC geometry. Up front there's Marzocchi's 100mm-travel fork which means you've got one fast, snappy machine eager for insanely fun off-road adventures. The fun continues with the XTC's Shimano drivetrain which features a Deore rear derailleur and 27 crisp-shifting gears for conquering tough climbs. And, the Avid Elixir disc brakes deliver awesome control and stopping power when you need it. On top of all that, don't forget Giant's 29-inch wheels with tubeless-ready tires that roll over anything in your way!

    Comments:

The guy above me is an idiot. This is as good as it gets for this price range, not to say that this is by any means a cheap bike. The bike is light, has great components and the 29er will handle rock gardens without a problem. Great bike for a great price.
